Reduce The Burden On Your Loved Ones
with thoughtful, personalized estate planning in Maryville, TN
WHAT IS ESTATE PLANNING?
ESTATE PLANNING IS A FOUNDATION OF SECURITY AND CARE FOR THE FUTURE.
Your estate plan extends beyond legal paperwork. It helps you organize your personal, financial, and medical affairs to ensure that your wishes are respected.
With an estate plan, you have the power to control how your assets will be distributed, who will make critical decisions on your behalf if needed, and how your loved ones will be supported when the time comes.
Estate planning is an essential act of wisdom and compassion, safeguarding both your assets and your loved ones' well-being.
Creating your estate plan means you can reduce the financial burdens and uncertainty during difficult times and protect the legacy you've built.
Your estate planning will address your healthcare choices and who will make important decisions on your behalf if you're unable to do so.
SECURE YOUR LEGACY, PROTECT YOUR ASSETS-
give your loved ones the gift of clarity and guidance,
so they can focus on healing, not decision-making.

About Me
I hold a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School. I have been licensed and a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2012.
I’m proud to have earned 140 five-star reviews from my Arizona law firm clients, reflecting my commitment to exceptional service and trusted guidance. I look forward to bringing the same dedication and client-focused approach to serving individuals and families here in Tennessee.

I am currently practicing law in Tennessee while my application for admission is pending, as permitted under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 7, Section 10.07.
I grew up in Arizona but fell in love with East Tennessee while on vacation in 2019. By 2021, I had made it my new home. I now live in Maryville, Tennessee, where I enjoy life with my dachshunds. I am an avid runner and have completed 24 half marathons. I also love playing golf—a passion I started at age 8, continued as a college athlete, and now enjoy for leisure with my dad and friends.

I had someone create a Trust for me, but wanted to update it due to marriage. Nicole was amazingly easy to work with and wrote us a new Trust, Will and Durable Power of Attorney which were so much better than my last one. She asked great questions and walked us through every part of the documents. I highly recommend her!

Our will was old and needed updating. After attending a retirement seminar we decided it was in our best interests to do a trust instead. We found Nicole’s firm and all the reviews we read were very positive plus the fee she listed seemed reasonable. She was very thorough from the get go and her explanations were devoid of legal mumbo jumbo. The whole process was covered in two office visits. Overall a very smooth and streamlined experience.
